Log in to your domain registrar (e.g., GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap) and create a new DNS record with the following settings:

Log in to your domain registrar or DNS hosting provider (e.g., Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Route53).
Navigate to the DNS management page for your domain.
Create a new DNS record.
Set the type to TXT.
Set the name/host to @ (or leave it blank, depending on your provider, which represents the root domain).
Paste the generated SPF record (starting with v=spf1) into the value/content field.
Save the record.

Note: It can take up to 48 hours for DNS changes to propagate globally, though it is usually much faster.
