Log in to your domain registrar (e.g., GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap) and create a new DNS record with the following settings:
- Type: TXT
- Name/Host: @ (or blank)
- Value: Paste the generated value above
How to Add the SPF Record
- Log in to your domain registrar or DNS hosting provider (e.g., Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Route53).
- Navigate to the DNS management page for your domain.
- Create a new DNS record.
- Set the type to TXT.
- Set the name/host to @ (or leave it blank, depending on your provider, which represents the root domain).
- Paste the generated SPF record (starting with
v=spf1) into the value/content field. - Save the record.
Note: It can take up to 48 hours for DNS changes to propagate globally, though it is usually much faster.
