Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 August 2026
These terms apply to your use of SiteTidy and its website, SEO, security, DNS, formatting, image and developer utilities.
Use of the service
You may use SiteTidy for lawful purposes, including testing websites and systems that you own or are authorised to assess. You must not use the service to interfere with third-party systems, bypass access controls, distribute malicious content or conduct unlawful activity.
Tool output
SiteTidy tools are intended to assist with technical analysis and configuration. Results can depend on the information supplied, browser behaviour, remote servers, DNS state and third-party services. You remain responsible for reviewing generated configuration or diagnostic output before applying it to a production system.
No professional guarantee
SiteTidy does not guarantee that use of a tool will make a website secure, compliant, accessible, search-engine optimised or error-free. Security, legal, accessibility and SEO requirements can change and may require professional review.
Availability
We may change, improve, restrict or discontinue individual tools or features. We aim to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Acceptable automated use
Reasonable automated access is permitted only where it does not overload the service or circumvent published limits. Bulk or API use may be subject to separate limits or terms.
Intellectual property
SiteTidy branding, site design and original service content remain protected by applicable intellectual property law. Tool output generated from information you provide may be used by you, subject to any rights that already exist in the source material.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiteTidy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not responsible for losses caused by relying on tool output without appropriate review, or by changes made to third-party systems using generated configuration.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Material changes should be reflected on this page with a revised update date.
