What is Open Graph?
The Open Graph protocol was originally created by Facebook to standardize how URLs look when shared on social media. It uses <meta> tags in the <head> of your website to tell social platforms what title, description, and image to use for the link preview.
Why do you need Twitter Cards too?
While Twitter does fall back to standard Open Graph tags in most cases, they have their own specific tags (like twitter:card). Including both ensures maximum compatibility and allows you to explicitly request a "summary_large_image" layout on X/Twitter.
