HTTPS Redirect Checker
Ensure all your users are forced onto a secure connection.
HTTPS Redirect Checker
Verify your SSL enforcement. We simulate a raw HTTP request and trace every hop to ensure your domain securely redirects all traffic to HTTPS without endless loops.
Why is an HTTPS Redirect important?
Even if your website has a valid SSL/TLS certificate installed, users might still type http://yoursite.com into their browser instead of https://yoursite.com.
If you do not have an automatic redirect configured at the server level, those users will browse an insecure version of your site, leaving their data vulnerable to interception.
Best Practices
A proper HTTPS redirect should use an HTTP status code of 301 Moved Permanently. This tells search engines to update their indexes and guarantees users always reach the secure version.
